As one of the leading fast food chains in Hong Kong and Mainland China, Fairwood Holdings Limited (“Fairwood” or “the Group”) (stock code: 52) is dedicated to offering the highest quality products and service to its customers in a modern and comfortable environment. Co-founded by Mr Lo Fong Seong and Mr. Lo Hoi Fook in 1972, our corporate mission is to “Enjoy Great Food. Live a Great Life”. The Group believes that people and customers should always come first.

The first “Fairwood” restaurant was established on Chung On Street, Tsuen Wan, in 1972. The Central Food Processing Plant was later established in 1981 to ensure consistent food quality and improve efficiency. Our listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in October 1991 has provided us a platform for further development and expansion. In 2003, we launched a re-branding campaign during which not only the brand image of Fairwood was revamped, but an overall improvement in product and service quality was achieved. More advanced and systematic operation and management practices, as well as more comprehensive employee engagement programs were also implemented.

Over the years, the Group has been expanding its restaurant network progressively and is currently operating more than 140 outlets, including fast food and specialty restaurants, in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Fairwood’s menu offers a wide variety of local Chinese dishes and Western dishes. Signature products such as the Ah Wood Curries series, Baked Pork Chop Rice, Spaghetti Bolognaise and Sweet Corn and Diced Pork Rice are the most popular dishes. More innovative products have been developed in recent years according to customer preferences including the well-received “No MSG” series, Thick-Cut Black Pork Cutlet and authentic dishes from different parts of Asia.
